由于整體成本的上升，3M中國將于2013年4月1 日起調整價格，上浮1. 5%到5. 0%。我們的銷售代表 即將或已經與您聯絡，并商討價格調整的具體細節。所有在3月底前接受并完成出貨的訂單可以維 持原價格，即在3月底前有足夠庫存并可以完成出貨的訂單仍適用于原訂單價格。所有在3月31日后 發貨的訂單將使用調整過后的價格，包括由于3月缺少庫存貨物而推遲至3月底后出貨的訂單，以及 所有原定交期在3月31日之后的訂單。

To All 3M China Channel Partners,
Due to cost increases 3M China will be increasing prices in the range of 1.5 % to 5.0% effective April 1. Our sales personnel will be contact you with the details if they have not already done so. Any orders accepted and delivered before the end of March will still be invoiced at old prices. This applies only to existing inventory and inventory that can be made available before the end of March. Orders shipped after March 31, even if the shipment date is due to out of stock in March, will be billed at new prices. Post dated orders beyond March 31 are acceptable on new prices only.
